On January 14, 2022, AsiaInfo (stock code: 01675.HK) announced the acquisition of iResearch Consulting Co., Ltd. (“iResearch”). After the transaction is completed, AsiaInfo will hold 94.23% of the share of iResearch, becoming the controlling shareholder of iResearch.
