On September 6, Macao SAR Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai and Delegation, accompanied by relevant leaders from Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the CPC Central Committee and relevant Beijing municipal leaders, visited Zhongguancun Software Park to observe the development of the information technology industry and corporate innovation. During the visit, they specifically stopped at AsiaInfo Technologies. Executive Director and CEO of AsiaInfo Technologies, Gao Nianshu, led the reception, with Senior Vice Presidents Chen Wu and Ouyang Ye also in attendance.

Mr. Sam Hou Fai emphasized that Macao, with the strong support of the mainland, enjoys stable economic growth and a favorable business environment. Macao is intensifying its efforts to develop high-tech industries, coordinate the linkage between technology, talent, and industries, and deepen the complementary cooperation with the mainland in the field of scientific and technological innovation, which would contribute to promoting appropriate economic diversification in Macao. He expressed hope for continued innovation and technological exchanges at governmental, industrial, academic, and research levels, to facilitate industrial linkage, joint research and development, and the commercialization of research findings. Additionally, he hoped to strengthen cooperation in digital city construction, thereby propelling high-tech endeavors on both sides to new heights.

Mr. Gao Nianshu stated that AsiaInfo Technologies has established full-stack digital intelligence capabilities covering consultation planning, product development, implementation delivery, system integration, intelligent decision, and data operations. He stated that AsiaInfo Technologies is committed to promoting the construction of a "technology powerhouse" through independent innovation and hoped to apply its products and services, which have been tested by hundreds of millions of users, more extensively to Macao's urban construction and high-quality development under the guidance of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government.
