This project represents a key step for China Mobile Tianjin in advancing hardware & software localization and achieving autonomous controllability. Facing issues such as an aging system architecture, poor cross-system collaboration, and difficulty in reusing high-quality capabilities, China Mobile Tianjin has partnered with AsiaInfo Technologies to leverage digital intelligent transformation as an opportunity and vigorously advance the reconstruction of its business support system.

Unified Deployment and Migration: Successfully complete the production environment deployment of the Charging and Billing Center, and achieve the cross-province, dual-center deployment for the Product and Commodity Center, Customer Center, Order Center, and Account Management Center, ensuring intensive management and high availability of the resources.

 

In-Depth System Governance: Through massive dirty data cleansing, menu offline governance and service standardization, the business support system has achieved "streamlining and optimization," significantly enhancing operational efficiency and maintainability.

 

Agile Project Management: Utilizing the agile development model, efficiently complete 5 rounds of performance tests, 2 rounds of joint debugging tests, 7 rounds of regression tests, 5 rounds of simulated cutovers, and 50 thematic training sessions in a short term. Additionally, conduct 100 rounds of user reviews and resolve over 1,000 historical issues... Ensuring the project's high-quality delivery through exceptionally high collaborative efficiency.
