Recently, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) convened the Expert Review Meeting of the "Trusted Data Circulation" Evaluation and Testing for the first half of 2025. The expert review encompasses enterprise product information review, inspection report review, expert questioning & enterprise answering, panel deliberation and other processes. A total of 10 enterprises have been qualified in this review in terms of the products. 02 National-Level Documents! Comprehensively Guiding the Construction, Operation and Management of "Trusted Data Space"
In order to implement the policies such as the National Data Infrastructure Construction Guidance and the Trusted Data Space Development Action Plan (2024-2028), the document Technical Architecture for Trusted Data Spaces (hereinafter referred to as "the Document") was officially released under the guidance of National Data Administration, to advance the development and circulation of data elements in China. Led by the National Technical Committee 609 on Data of Standardization Administration of China ("National Technical Committee on Data of SAC"), the document was jointly prepared by leading enterprises in data technology such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and AsiaInfo Technologies, alongside scientific research institutions such as the China Electronics Standardization Institute affiliated to MIIT, Peking University and Zhejiang University.

The document defines the positioning of trusted data space within the national data infrastructure, standardizes the technical architecture in the industry for the first time, and elucidates the core technical features, minimal functional set and key service processes of trusted data space, aiming to guide the planning, construction, operation and management of trusted data space for the local governments, industries and enterprises. This will play an immeasurable role in breaking down data isolated island, preventing privacy leakage, resolving challenges such as insufficient opening & sharing of data elements and low utilization efficiency of data resources in China, as well as in building a data element market and unlocking the growth potential of the "world's largest real-time data producing country".
