During MWC Shanghai 2025, China Unicom held its Global Partners Meeting in Shanghai under the theme "Connection, AI+, Community", with hundreds of industry partners from over 70 countries and regions in attendance. Jian Qin (General Manager of China Unicom), Vivek Badrinath (GSMA President), Zhu Hanwu (Vice General Manager of China Unicom) and Wang Qinglin (Vice President of AsiaInfo Technologies) attended the meeting. AsiaInfo Technologies won China Unicom's "2025 Global Excellent Partner" Award.

At the meeting, China Unicom presented its 2025 Partner Awards. AsiaInfo Technologies was granted the 2025 Global Excellent Partner Award (Digital Application) by China Unicom for its excellent innovation and practice results in digital application, particularly for demonstrating its robust technical capabilities and efficient services in advancing trusted data space product innovation, AI application and other projects with China Unicom. The awards aim at commending those enterprises globally that collaborate with China Unicom to actively advance digital applications and achieve outstanding results.

Wang Qinglin stated that AsiaInfo Technologies and China Unicom have collaborated for over two decades, with their business spanning multiple domains including IT service support, localized system deployment, centralized management and digital transformation. Currently, AsiaInfo Technologies is extensively participating in China Unicom's "Digital Intelligence Empowering Enterprise" strategy.
