On April 29, the 8th Digital China Summit, co-organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, National Data Administration, Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Fujian Provincial People's Government, was held in Fuzhou. Zhang Guoqing (Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Prime Minister of the State Council) attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. The summit is composed of an opening ceremony, a main forum and a series of events, comprehensively showcasing China's latest advancements and achievements in digital technology innovation, AI applications, and the development and utilization of data resources. A number of senior executives from AsiaInfo Technologies were invited to attend the opening ceremony and forum events, partnering with China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom to jointly build "Digital China".

01 AsiaInfo Technologies assists China Mobile in building the "Jiutian Ecosystem"
On the first day of the summit, the "Rejuvenate with Intelligence, Share Al+ Future" AI Ecosystem Conference, organized by China Mobile, was held, with the attendants including Liu Liehong (Party Group Member of the National Development and Reform Commission, Party Group Secretary and Director of the National Data Administration), Guo Ningning (Member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee), Zhang Zhaomin (Vice Chairman and Deputy Party Group Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference), and He Biao (General Manager of China Mobile). Liu Chengkun (Vice President of AsiaInfo Technologies) was invited to attend the conference and "Jiutian" AI Base upgrading ceremony.

The "Jiutian" AI Base is composed of China Mobile's 10,000-card intelligent computing cluster, 100 billion-level multimodal large model and hundreds of core components, many of which are collaborative achievements between China Mobile and its ecosystem partners. Over the years, as a strategic partner of China Mobile, AsiaInfo Technologies has leveraged its three software-hardware product systems (including "Digital Intelligence", "Cloud Network" and "IT") and industry-leading full-stack service capabilities to empower China Mobile to become a world-class information technology service innovator, accelerate digital intelligence transformation and high-quality development, and promote the shift from "+AI" to "AI+".
At the conference, China Mobile unveiled its "AI Capability Joint Fleet". AsiaInfo Technologies was selected to join this fleet due to its proven capabilities in AI large model deployment and delivery. Both parties will work together to promote AI-powered upgrades across various industries.
02 AsiaInfo Technologies and China Unicom Data Intelligence Company have reached a strategic cooperation agreement
On the 29th, Guo Ningning (Member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee), Chen Zhongyue (Chairman and Party Group Secretary of China Unicom), Yu Ying (Party Group Member and Deputy Director of the National Data Administration) and Li Li (Deputy Director of the Information Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) attended the Industrial Internet Ecosystem Conference organized by China Unicom and delivered speeches. Wang Qinglin (Vice President of AsiaInfo Technologies) was invited to attend the conference and signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of AsiaInfo Technologies with China Unicom Data Intelligence Company.

Based on China Unicom's "Yuanjing Large Model" resources and combined with AsiaInfo Technologies' algorithm model, scenario and cross-industry service capabilities in AI, data and security fields, both parties will jointly establish the industry-specific intelligent solutions, promote the scale application of AI technologies in fields such as data governance, intelligent decision-making and public services, and create a secure and reliable industrial AI ecosystem.
03 AsiaInfo Technologies collaborates with China Telecom to jointly create "Kunlun Ecosystem"
On the afternoon of the same day, the Kunlun Ecosystem Alliance Roundtable Forum organized by China Telecom was held. Shao Xinhua (General Manager of the Cloud Network Operation Department at China Telecom Group) attended the forum and delivered a speech. Wang Zhuyong (Vice President of AsiaInfo Technologies) was invited to attend the conference and deliver a speech.

Established in 2023, the Kunlun Ecosystem Alliance is aimed to integrate the strengths of China Telecom's ecosystem partners, leverage the advantages of cloud network infrastructure resources, assist diverse industries in resolving development challenges and promoting sustainable business growth, and empower the economy and society to perform digital intelligence transformation.
Wang Zhuyong stated that AsiaInfo Technologies, as a strategic partner of China Telecom and a Deputy Director Unit of the Kunlun Ecosystem Alliance, will actively participate in alliance development, industry-research exchange and other internal/external activities, deeply integrate into the baseline ecosystem of the cloud network operating system, and promote technological innovation, product R & D and team building.
Currently, AsiaInfo Technologies has established a comprehensive "Cloud Network" software -hardware product system, including private 5G network, AN CoPilot, network function virtualization suite, intelligent network planning and optimization platform, user experience management platform, network service orchestration system and network fault management system.
