Recently, AsiaInfo succeeded in bidding for the Network GPT Enhanced Analysis Project of the Jiangsu Branch of China United Network Communication Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Unicom) with its leading AI technology advantages and rich OSS construction experience in the field of communication. AN CoPilot Products Accelerate the Development of Service Providers' Autonomous Networks


Based on the AsiaInfo's AN CoPilot products' capabilities of enhancing real-time network analysis, the project enables rapid querying of indicators and insights into network service data through natural language, and achieves automatic visualization of network indicators. Based on the enhanced real-time network analysis function, the project enables data interpretation and automatic generation of analysis report. Through this innovative technological application, Jiangsu Unicom's 5G Network Indicator Center can more efficiently monitor, manage, and optimize network quality, improve service quality and user experience, enhance work efficiency, and accelerate the high-level evolution of autonomous networks.


AsiaInfo Autonomous Network Copilot (AN CoPilot)


The network GPT enhanced analysis project won this bid adopted the AN CoPilot, an autonomous network copilot developed by AsiaInfo based on big model technology, which included an exclusive model for autonomous network, network cognition enhancement services, and a toolkit for improving OSS autonomous capabilities. It is a booster for the evolution of service providers' autonomous networks to higher levels.


Exclusive big models for autonomous networks: based on the current development of big model technology, the exclusive big models will include language type, multi-modal type, and structured data type.


Network cognition enhancement services: by knowledge fusion, big and small network models' fusion, and enhancement of network decision-making execution capabilities, the efficiency and capabilities of big models in the field of network intelligence are improved.


AN CoPilot toolkit: a comprehensive set of tools that support the works of O&M management based on the exclusive big model for autonomous networks, cognition enhancement services, and the characteristics of generative AI. It enhances the efficiency of autonomous network workflows through four types of enhanced capabilities: knowledge Q&A, intelligent analysis, intelligent decision-making, and intent-based closed loop, helping autonomous networks evolve towards L4+ levels.
