AsiaInfo Has Become a Founding Member of China Unicom's “Digital-Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Alliance” and Has Jointly Expanded the New Blue Ocean of Digital Intelligence

Recently, the 7th Partner Conference of China Unicom Software Research Institute and the “Digital-Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Alliance Establishment Conference” was grandly held at China Unicom Software Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as “CUSRI”). During the conference, CUSRI initiated the establishment of “Digital-Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Alliance”, and AsiaInfo joined the alliance as a founding member. At the conference, several awards were presented, and AsiaInfo won three major awards, including “Best Difficulty-overcome Partner”, “Best Innovation Partner”, and “Best O&M Partner”. An Xiaoming, Vice President of AsiaInfo, was invited to attend the conference.

In 2024, China United Network Communication Group Co., Ltd has assigned the key task of “New Breakthroughs in Digital Blue Ocean” to the CUSRI, exporting China Unicom's capabilities and solutions to the external world. The CUSRI initiated the establishment of “Digital-Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Alliance”, and invited partners to “bravely explore the new blue ocean of digital intelligence and jointly create a new ecosystem of cooperation”.

 

Geng Xiangdong, President of CUSRI, and some representatives of the Alliance members, including the Vice President of AsiaInfo, An Xiaoming, attended the launching ceremony together. At the launching ceremony, experts from AsiaInfo shared their thoughts and practiced as a “provider of full-stack capabilities for digital intelligence”.

The purpose of the “Digital-Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Alliance” is to carry out technology exploration and in-depth application around topics such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, security, localization. It also aims at promoting exchanges and in-depth cooperation among member units, sharing information, channels, capabilities and resources, exploring the new digital blue ocean, and sharing the dividends brought by digital transformation. The Alliance will mainly focus on six major areas: resource integration and sharing, technological innovation and exchange, standard setting and promotion, market training and expansion, talent cultivation and enhancement, and case summary and publicity.


AsiaInfo and CUSRI have worked together through thick and thin for 10 years and built the world's largest centralized business support system for the communication industry. In 2023, AsiaInfo focused on the three major projects of the CUSRI, overcame difficulties, and helped to further enhance digital capabilities, keep intelligent capabilities up-to-date, and accumulate and expand scenario applications.


An Xiaoming said that AsiaInfo's mission of “renewing customers' value and promoting the China's digital development based on full-stack capabilities for digital intelligence” is highly consistent with the goal of “New Breakthroughs in Digital-Intelligence Blue Ocean” of the CUSRI. With the upgraded strategy of “Four Transformations”, AsiaInfo will continue to cooperate and advance together with the CUSRI, creating a new blueprint for the industry.
