At AsiaInfo Science and Technologial Innovation Exhibition Center, Qin Guowen learned about AsiaInfo's innovative exploration in frontier areas such as 5G, computing power network, artificial intelligence and big data, its business practices in digital operation, smart city, smart energy and information technology application innovation, and its business layout in Hunan Province. He deeply praised AsiaInfo for keeping up with the pace of “self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology” and the patriotic belief in developing industry to serve the country, and recognized AsiaInfo's commitment to promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of hundreds of industries and actively expanding diversified business markets.

Qin Guowen said that Hunan Province has obvious regional advantages, a solid industrial base, abundant science, education, and human resources, and is an important participant in national strategies such as the Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Rise of the Central Region. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, Hunan Province will make a firm step on a high-quality development policy, continuously optimize the economic structure, vigorously promote “digital industrialization” and “industrial digitalization”, accelerate the development of the Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other industries, strengthen and improve software service industry, and continuously promote the digital transformation of various industries. It is hoped that AsiaInfo will deeply participate in the digitalization of Hunan Province, promoting the development and prosperity in the fields of industry digital intelligence, smart city, and information innovation. Hunan Province is willing to provide high-quality policies and business environment support for enterprises to develop in Hunan.


According to Chen Wu, AsiaInfo has been deeply involved in the Hunan market for more than 20 years. In 2015, Hunan AsiaInfo Software Co., Ltd. was established. With a cumulative output value of several billion yuan in Hunan and about 1,400 employees, the company has become a national high-tech enterprise and a key mobile Internet enterprise in Hunan Province, ranking among the lists of “Top 50 Enterprises with Competitiveness of Software and Information Technology Services in Hunan Province” and “Top 10 Famous Enterprises of Software and Information Technology Services in Hunan Province” in 2022. Hunan AsiaInfo Anhui Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of AsiaInfo, relied on the self-developed “carrier-grade” DDB, middleware, and other products to deeply expand the information technology application innovation market and actively assist in Hunan's industrial development in software and information technology services. The database products have entered the government procurement catalogue of “dual-oriented products” in Hunan and Changsha and the catalogue of self-controlled product list in Hunan Province.


Chen Wu said that AsiaInfo has 30 years of accumulation in software product research and development, solutions, and large-scale government and enterprise customer services, and has industry-leading research and development capabilities, which helped AsiaInfo form a relatively comprehensive three product systems of “digital intelligence”, “cloud network” and “IT”.
