AsiaInfo Won Two Awards at 2022 World Conference on VR Industry

From November 12th to 13th, the 2022 World Conference on VR Industry co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Jiangxi government was held under the theme of "VR Adorns the World, VR Brightens the Metaverse" in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. At the opening ceremony of the conference, Zhao Qinping, honorary chairman of the Virtual Reality Industry Alliance and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, unveiled the list of "Top 50 VR Enterprises in China in 2022". AsiaInfo was included in the list,  and its product “Metaverse Customer Service Center” won the "2022 World Conference on VR Industry VR/AR Innovation Award".

In a provincial company of China Mobile, the Metaverse Customer Service Center expanded the original fixed physical customer service center to a virtual version with random access, increasing the customer flow by 20 times and saving more than 80% of costs.
