According to the agreement, all parties will strengthen industrial cooperation based on their respective information technology and market capabilities, and promote the innovative application of information technology in the logistics supply chain scenario.

To this end, Sinotrans Changhang will provide relevant platform architecture, business scenarios and industry needs. AsiaInfo and its subsidiary AISWare CST will provide technologies and capabilities such as products, integration, services, and operations, supporting platform scenario construction, business application, and market promotion. For data governance and other needs, AsiaInfo and its subsidiary AISWare CST will provide big data, artificial intelligence and other related underlying software and solutions, as well as custom development, deployment, and system integration services for specific scenarios.

The two sides will establish a mechanism for high-level mutual visits and irregular meetings, and set up a joint working group to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.

According to Song Dexing, the 14th Five-Year Plan has identified the modern logistics industry as a basic, strategic and pioneering industry supporting economic development, and it its the long-term strategy of Sinotrans Changhang and the China Merchants Group to develop modern logistics. AsiaInfo and AISWare CST are warmly welcomed to join the efforts to implement this strategy. It is hoped that AsiaInfo and AISWare CST will take the strategic cooperation as an opportunity, give full play to their advantages in digital and intelligent technology, products and services, and work with Sinotrans Changhang to build a high-quality platform, improve the level of logistics industry informatization, jointly develop the modern logistics market, and build a "metaverse" of the modern logistics industry.

According to Huang Ying, data is the core production factor of the digital economy, and making good use of data is crucial to improving the efficiency of the entire logistics industry. AsiaInfo is a leading "digital intelligence full-stack capability provider", AISWare CST plays an important role for AsiaInfo to develop the logistics industry, and Sinotrans Changhang is an international modern group in the field of comprehensive logistics and shipping. They will work together to facilitate the safe connection and reliable flow of data in the logistics industry, and open a new chapter in the digitization of logistics in China.

According to Zhang Jianzhong, currently in China the logistics industry has accumulated a large amount of data, but the data is scattered and isolated with poorly designed standards, lacking international competitiveness. The competition of logistics supply chain data platforms around the world is also becoming increasingly fierce, and it has become the consensus of all parties to accelerate the innovative application of information technology in logistics supply chain scenarios.

China Merchants Group, whose glorious history spanned three centuries, is a prestigious century-old state-owned enterprise, and AsiaInfo is China's leading provider of Internet products and services. Today, AsiaInfo and AISWare CST signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinotrans Changhang to build a bridge in business scenarios, industry needs, leading technological advantages and rich market experience, and to jointly build a "full scene" comprehensive logistics ecosystem. These efforts are of great significance and enjoy promising prospects.
