AsiaInfo Makes Impressive Appearance at the China Mobile Computility Network Conference 2024, Jointly Building “New Productivity” Through Digital Intelligence Innovation

From April 28th to 29th, organized by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and hosted by China Mobile Communications Corporation, the China Mobile Computility Network Conference 2024 was held in Suzhou. The conference, themed “illuminating the AI era with computility network”, brought together partners from various sectors to explore the potential of computility networks, cloud computing, and other digital intelligence capabilities, promoting the coordinated development of China's computing power network industry and digital economy.

 

Liu Xiaotao, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, Zhao Yan, Party Member of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and Deputy Governor of Jiangsu Province, Xia Bing, Party Member and Deputy Director of the National Data Administration, and Sun Weimin, Chief Engineer of the Cyberspace Administration of China attended the conference and delivered a speech. Yang Jie, Secretary of the Communist Party Group and Chairman of China Mobile Communications Corporation, delivered a keynote speech. He Biao, General Manager of China Mobile, presided over the opening ceremony. Liang Bin and Chen Wu, Senior Vice Presidents of AsiaInfo, Dr. Ouyang Ye, CTO and Senior Vice President of AsiaInfo and IEEE Fellow, and Li Yunchuan, Vice President of AsiaInfo and CEO of iDigital were invited to attend the main forum and other events.

AsiaInfo Joins the Computility Network Innovation Consortium as a Member


To further consolidate efforts, solidly promote various tasks in the field of computility network for future industries, and drive the common innovation and prosperity of the computility network industry, led by China Mobile, 15 central enterprises, including China Telecom and China Unicom, as well as leading enterprises in various industries such as AsiaInfo, have jointly developed an upgraded version of the computility network consortium.

 

On the morning of the 28th, during the main forum of the conference, a “Signing Ceremony of the Computility Network Innovation Consortium” was held, with the participation of representatives from the core members of the consortium, including Gao Tongqing, deputy general manager of China Mobile, Liang Bin, senior vice president of AsiaInfo.

Over recent years, China Mobile has consistently increased its investment in computility networks, strengthened its technological innovation in computing power networks, and placed a strong emphasis on cooperation in the computing power network ecosystem. As a core partner in the ecosystem, AsiaInfo has closely followed China Mobile's computing power network business layout and consistently achieved significant achievements in product and solution innovation, vertical industry empowerment, and other areas.

 

Relying on the consortium, AsiaInfo will deeply participate in the research and development of key technologies such as computing power network brain design and orchestration, resource perception and modeling, capability encapsulation, and cross-domain scheduling. It will explore the intelligent brain of computing power network, aiming to achieve orchestration and scheduling of the computing power network infrastructure, support the integrated supply of computing power network services, and explore the research on global scheduling technology for multi-party computing power based on computing power network perception. This will enable the integration and unification of multi-factor perception, promoting the intelligent upgrade of the system.

 

Senior Executives Attended Multiple Events, Highlighting the Orientation of the Ecosystem 


During the conference, AsiaInfo also participated in several forum sessions hosted by China Mobile.

 

On the afternoon of the 28th, Chen Wu was invited to attend the Wutong Big Data Sub-forum and participate in the “Big Data Industry Chain Strategic Signing Ceremony”. AsiaInfo and China Mobile will collaborate to establish a data circulation ecosystem and maximize the value of data. Ouyang Ye was invited to attend the Computility Network Innovation Sub-forum and participate in the “China Mobile Integrated Computility Network - Network Achievement Release Ceremony”. On the 29th, Liang Bin was invited to attend the Computility Network Future Industry and Consortium Innovation Forum and participate in the “Computility Network Consortium Launch Ceremony”, which marked the beginning of a joint venture with Gao Tongqing, deputy general manager of China Mobile, as well as executives from Huawei, ZTE, and other enterprises to create computing power network businesses.
