The 2025 Global Data Ecosystem Conference was grandly held in Shanghai from November 25 to 26. Gong Zheng (Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor) attended the event and declared the conference open. Yang Kai (Tenured Professor of Tongji University and Deputy Director of the Network Special Committee at the Shanghai Computer Society) delivered a keynote speech titled "RGA-Empowered Industry Large Models: Business Scenario-Driven Intelligent Agents for Precise Knowledge Generation".
