Steve Zhang
President and Chief Executive Officer

Steve Zhang is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AsiaInfo Holdings. Steve brings to the role more than 15 years of management experience and expertise in the information technology industry. Mr. Zhang joined AsiaInfo in December 1999 as Vice President for Software and went on to hold several prominent positions in the company including head of AsiaInfo's Software Products Strategic Business Unit (SBU), General Manager of the company's Operations Support Systems Strategic Unit as well as Chief Technology Officer and Acting General Manager of the company's China Mobile Customer Account. Most recently, Mr. Zhang served as President and CEO of AsiaInfo Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of AsiaInfo.
From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Zhang held senior project management and technical positions in several successful Silicon Valley companies including Blue Martini Software, Hyperion Solutions, Arbor Software, Versant Technology, and Sun Microsystems. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Rice University and a Doctorate in Information Science from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Eileen Chu
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Eileen Chu has been AsiaInfo’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2007. In May 2005 Ms. Chu joined AsiaInfo as Investor Relations Director. Prior to joining AsiaInfo, Ms. Chu served as an auditor with Ernst and Young for several years. Ms. Chu is highly experienced in U.S. GAAP and is particularly familiar with accounting issues relating to software and information technology companies.
Ms. Chu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia in Canada and is a US certified public accountant.

Jason Zhang
Vice President, General Manager of Human Resources and Organization Development(AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc.)

Jason Zhang joined Asiainfo in 2000 as General Manager of Human Resources and Organization Development. He is responsible for HR management, organization development, corporate culture building and administration. Previously, Jason worked for Nortel Networks and FESCO.
Jason holds a double degree in Law and Arts from Peking University.
