AsiaInfo supports over 134 million subscribers of China Telecom. We helped Northern China Telecom and Xinjiang Telecom to construct an Operational Data Store for more than 10 million subscribers of its fixed line and mobile businesses. The ODS integrates data from CRM, billing, settlement and online customer service systems and enables new statistical reporting and business analysis functions. Using the system, China Telecom achieved significant efficiencies in operations and sales through daily statistical analysis and real-time inquiries, while at the same time lightening the load on its production systems.

AsiaInfo also upgraded and expanded Northern Telecom's centralized billing & authentication system for 5 million data services subscribers across nine provinces, including platform construction and disaster recovery. The system supports User Authentication, Billing and Operation Management for all major data access businesses, including dial-up, ADSL and WLAN.
